What Options We Provide That May Relieve Sleep Apnea
Posted on 3/20/2019 by Doctor Haigney
Sleep apnea is a common sleeping disorder. A person with it will not breathe properly while sleeping, often missing breaths. While there are over 12 million people in the United States with sleep apnea, it is estimated that just over 15 percent have received treatment for it. Sleep apnea affects both children and adults. Other signs include loud snoring, morning headaches, and a sore throat when you wake up. If you suspect that you have sleep apnea, the first thing that you need to do is to make an appointment with an ear, nose, and throat specialist. Do not be surprised if your doctor then works with us to help you with the sleep apnea....
